Information Security
Software as a Service. GNC Go is made available to you on a software as a service (SaaS) basis, securely accessed through your web browser.
Default Hosting. By default we will provide system hosting, and server-side maintenance and backup, using secure servers based in the UK and EU to host all GNC Go data. We also have options around the world to ensure your data is hosted where you need it to be.
Hosting on Your Servers. Optionally, our systems have been designed from the ground-up to accommodate local-hosting on client-side servers, and we would be happy to discuss your hosting preferences.
Our Security System. We employ continuous monitoring for potential vulnerabilities and attack; and we continuously review and update our tools and technology to stay on top of the latest security developments.
User Accounts. Your private passwords are salted, hashed, and stored with 256-bit encryption. Two Factor Authentication. (2FA) is available for all accounts and is (optionally) admin-enforceable.
In Transit. GNC Go uses 256-bit SSL/HTTPS secure channels for bank-standard encryption on all of your data transmissions to and from our servers.
At Rest. We use secure servers (based in the UK and EU by default) to host all GNC Go data, and make extensive use of their built-in firewalls to protect your data against unauthorised remote access. Our data centres are leaders in the field of info-security and employ multi-layer security models deploying a variety of technological, human and physical measures to protect your data.
Our Backup Servers. Your primary-server data is automatically copied to a backup-server on a daily basis. Our back-up servers are in a geographically separate location (within the EU by default).
On-Site Data Backup. At your request, we will work with you to establish a secure, regular export of your data to your own on-site servers.

GNC Go is designed to be super-simple for your users. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for space configuration management standards, so GNC Go has some powerful system configuration tools to get you set up for the way you want to work. We’ll guide you through your initial setup, and we’re always happy to talk through any questions you might have along the way.
So, if you’re new to space configuration management, we’ll help you to get up and running the right way, with GNC Go.

As an introductory special offer, the SME Space Heroes plan is discounted for your first year. This includes all user tiers – so you can get your whole team on board! After your first year the current standard pricing will apply.
The SME Space Heroes plan operates on a user tier principle. A user tier is the maximum number of active users included in your current subscription. Your User Admin can add new active users, and disable unwanted user accounts, at any time.
If you need more users than your current tier, you can just go ahead and add them – we’ll notify you that you’ve exceeded your current subscription level, and upgrade you to the next user tier.
If your number of active users would fit into a lower user tier – we’ll notify you that you there’s a better tier for you, and switch you over to that user tier.
GNC Go uses the GoCardless payment system for simple and secure Direct Debit payments in your local currency. Monthly invoices provided on request.
There’s no lock-in and you can cancel your subscription at any time – we’ll get in touch to discuss options for data export.
